If you need to return an eligible item, you must provide proof-of-purchase and obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Manufacturer's warranty Conditions:
All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We must receive your return within 120 days of purchase.
Custom made and built-to-order and other items noted above are non-returnable. Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for safe return shipping and insurance. If you wish to cancel your order for free of charge, you must email us at customerservice(@)buenospa.com, within 2 working days of the purchase that you are cancelling the order. If you choose to cancel your order after 2 working days, you will be charged 10% of the total purchase price to cover costs incurred on your behalf. If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped but no more than 100 days, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1000 plus 10% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.
