Drop-ship parcel orders will be dispatched from our facility Penguin Chillers directly to the customer within the Continental 48 States at no extra charge. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

For returns, they must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. (Unless the wholesaler decides to absorb this cost). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers. Once returned, if upon receiving and inspecting a returned product, it is found to not be in its original condition, the return is subject to rejection. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a check will be sent to the wholesaler. It is the responsibility of the wholesaler to refund the customer. All refunds may take up to 14 days to process the paperwork and issue your refund. If you wish to cancel your order for free of charge, you must email us at customerservice(@)buenospa.com, within 2 working days of the purchase that you are cancelling the order. If you choose to cancel your order after 2 working days, you will be charged 10% of the total purchase price to cover costs incurred on your behalf. If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped but no more than 100 days, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1000 plus 10% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.

The chillers are accompanied by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, commencing from the date of shipment. Depending on the manner of acquisition, customers may have the opportunity to procure extended warranties spanning two or three years. It is imperative to note that even extended warranties are subject to limitations and adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines. The warranty provides coverage for any manufacturing defects or errors, excluding instances We require comprehensive photographs of the setups, including details on tubing/piping runs, pump specifications, chiller placement, and other relevant components. Approval of all setups is necessary for us to validate the manufacturing warranty. Failure to obtain approval for the setup and/or if the chiller is integrated into an item before in-house testing may result in the forfeiture of the manufacturer's warranty. In this event, all chillers will have a 30-day warranty period.
