Commercial and residential shipping is free! Spas can take between 1-2 weeks to ship after order is processed. Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to the consumer's address. The consumer is responsible for offloading the swim spa. Please note that US shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by US customs.
Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number provided by Canadian Spa Company. No returns will be allowed on opened product. No returns on hot tubs/swim spas/saunas. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return freight will be the responsibility of the dealer.
